The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete Task Orders as issued in the Job Order Contract (JOC). This Work will be performed in strict conformance with plans and specifications; and permits, codes, and regulations from agencies having jurisdiction. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are going to be as more specifically described in each Task Order. Question Submission Deadline:January 9, 2023, 5:00pm, Question Response Deadline:January 16, 2023, 5:00pm The Performance Bond, to guarantee the performance of all covenants and stipulations of the Contract, must be on a form approved by the Agency and must be in a sum not less than 100 percent of the Maximum Contract Amount as set forth in the Contract.The Payment Bond to guarantee the payment of wages and of bills contracted for materials, supplies, or equipment used in the performance of the Contract, must be on the form provided by the Agency and must be in a sum not less than 100 percent of the Maximum Contract Amount as set forth in the Contract.The Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of cash, a certified check, a cashier's check, or a bidder's bond. The Bid Guarantee must be executed by an admitted surety insurer in favor of the Agency, the amount of which must be not less than $25,000, or other security acceptable to the Agency
