Award: January council meeting The Town of Edgefield is seeking sealed bids to construct a 20' x 24' x 8' pavilion at the Edgefield Town Park. A SC builders license & all appropriate insurance will be required. The structure shall be constructed as follows: Remove and haul off topsoil and any organic material Contractor is responsible for any fill (sand clay) that may be required 4" concrete (5000 psi) slab with wire, fiber and a (1' x 1') monolithic footing (8) 6' X 6'PT columns anchored on top of the monolithic pour Double 2" X 10" PT header Exposed 2"X 8" rafters (16") center, 12" of overhang with a 1" x 8" facia board Hip Metal Roof- (29ga) Galvalume, 4/12 Pitch 6" gutter & downspout (leafless) (1) outdoor hose bib connected to existing water source (1)- 60" outdoor fans w/LED light/metal blades (fan and light switched separately) (6)- 20 -amp outdoor outlets Note: panel box is approximately 20' from Pavilion
