Purchasing Department of the Incorporated Village of Freeport, New York will receive sealed proposals for 2023 Annual Asphalt Paving Contract The contract will be for a term of one year beginning March 1, 2023, with an option for two one-year extensions if mutually accepted. In submitting a bid, bidders agree not to withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the date for the opening thereof.
