THE CÉGEP DE JONQUIÈRE, owner, is requesting bids for the construction of a laboratory for the TERRE center and its satellites. The work covered by this contract aims, in summary, at the construction of a new building presented on professional plans, with the objective of LEED v4, V4.1 certification and BCZ classification. The work completion period will take place from the award of the contract around August 5, 2024 and must be completed by October 31, 2026. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total value of the bid. This submission guarantee must be exchanged upon signing the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for pledges, materials and services.
