This solicitation is to establish a Statewide Contract for Seaquest Brand Name Water Treatment Chemicals for a period of one (1) year beginning with the date of award. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may be renewed for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time not to exceed thirty-six (36) months. Please print all attachments in order to ensure all documents related to this solicitation are reviewed prior to bidding. All documents associated with this solicitation should be included in the bidder's submission
