For Professional Services for Central State University Per ORC Section 153.68, Central State University (the University), Wilberforce, Greene County, Ohio hereby requests that firms interested in providing, architectural, project management, mechanical and electrical engineering and associated engineering work for 2022 state capital funded projects and other projects funded by 1890 Land Grant and other sources of funding on Wilberforce campus to submit statement of qualifications and interest. The University intends to institute prequalification requirements for professional design firms seeking to provide services to Central State University Statements of qualifications should include the following information regarding the firm: A. The firms history includes education, technical training, and experience of owners and key technical personnel. Include the technical expertise of the firm's current staff, specifically the firms experience in designing similar projects, ability of the firm to complete projects on time, including availability of the firms staff and other equipment and resources to achieve successful completion of the project. B. The firms past performance is reflected in evaluations from previous and current clients with respect to factors such as control of costs, quality, work, and meeting deadlines. References should be included. C. Statement concerning the firm's equipment and facilities, location of office performing the services, and please include any previous work performed for the Central State University. As required by Ohio Revised Code 153.71, responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications as University projects are undertaken. Following this evaluation, the owner will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm per ORC Section 153.69.
