The U.S. Postal Service Implementation Acquisition CMT is interested in updating / adding to its supplier source list for upcoming projects nationwide and in US territories. The information you provide in your submission will be the basis for the evaluation of your company. To ensure your submission is given full consideration, you must do the following: o Read this information carefully to make sure you understand what is required. o Provide a complete submission package in accordance with the instructions herein. o Do not leave any portion blank; indicate N/A if not applicable. o Provide information on the attached forms. The projected value of the upcoming projects are anticipated to range anywhere between $1M and $100M each. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, Firm Fixed Price Contracts (Design-Bid-Build) and Design-Build contracts involving new construction and expansion projects of Postal Facilities typically ranging from 5,000 to 1,000,000 square feet. In addition, we award projects including, but not limited to, Security System Upgrades, Fire Alarm / Fire Suppression, Underground and Above Ground Storage Tank Removals and Replacements, Energy Upgrade related projects involving Lighting, HVAC and Compressed Air Upgrades and Demolition and Abatement projects. Your submission will be evaluated and if accepted by the US Postal Service, will allow your company to be placed on our source list which will be a resource utilized by Supply Management where you may be invited to participate in upcoming solicitations. Acceptance of your submission by the US Postal Service does not guarantee participation and will be determined by the Implementation Acquisition Category Management Team (IACMT) at the time of solicitation. In addition to this advertisement, the Postal Service reserves the right to publicly advertise any project if additional resources are needed. Previous applicants will need to resubmit their updated submission. Submittals must be emailed in no more than one (1) pdf file to the two identified contacts shown below by 3:00 PM EST on February 28, 2023. Earlier submissions are encouraged and may provide for earlier opportunities. Email File size is limited to 25MB, please utilize the following defined nomenclature when returning your submittal: Company Name - FY23 Contractor Source List Development Based on participation, this advertisement may be extended beyond the identified close date to allow for additional submissions and will be at the discretion of the IACMT.
