The City of Fremont (City), Fire Department is seeking Proposals from qualified and responsible consultants to manage, coordinate, prepare, and administer the development of a Multi-jurisdictional Local Hazard Mitigation Plan ("Plan") - the scope of which shall include the Cities of Fremont, Newark, and Union City; Alameda County Water District (ACWD); and Union Sanitary District (USD), as well as invited participant public and non-governmental agencies with an interest in the Plan. The Plan shall be developed in full compliance with the provisions of 44 CFR Section 201.6, applicable Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) rules and regulations concerning Local Hazard Mitigation Planning, and in conformance with industry best practices. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
