Colorado Springs School District 11 is requesting proposals from Contractors to perform a sanitary sewer upgrade in the kitchen at Jackson ES. Project requires the following work: - Concrete cutting/removal along kitchen floor. - Excavation to existing sanitary sewer line. - Replace line with 3-inch and tie into main [most likely 4-inch but could be 6-inch, field verify]. - Install new floor sink with 3-inch drain. - Install new "Y" on kitchen side approx. 3 feet away from new floor sink. - Install new single clean-out matching line size. - Repair 8-inch CMU block wall, as needed.
