The City of Longmont is seeking to contract with a company that can provide planning and development review services on an as-needed basis. The City will select a firm that has experience working in Colorado and that can provide multiple planners with a breadth of knowledge that would be equivalent to a Planning Technician, Associate Planner, Planner, Senior Planner or Principal Planner with the City of Longmont. The City anticipates needing approximately 160 to 800 hours of contracted services. However, there is no guarantee of a minimum number of hours of services to be requested under this RFP as needs may fluctuate. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
