The work consists of transportation and disposal of spoils generated in the course of normal Municipality operations and for the delivery to the Municipalities of CA-7 Crushed Aggregate Stone, CA-7 3/4 Chip, CA-6 Crushed Aggregate Stone, Pulverized topsoil, FA-2 Torpedo Sand, FA-6 Clean Brown Beach Sand, and Wash Stone. This is an MPI Bid Bid Bond Yes No Pre-bid Conference All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check made payable to the Village of Mount Prospect for not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, sent via email or fax or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities technicalities and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village.
