Relamping of Radio Communications Towers From 2022-11-01 To 2023-11-30 Bidder SHALL be responsible for providing all bulbs. The bulbs provided SHALL have the longest life of commercially available bulbs. Bidder SHALL respond to outages where both bulbs of a beacon are out within two (2) business days (48-hours) unless prohibited by weather conditions. Bidder SHALLspot relamp a bulb that fails within the first three (3) months of installation. Bidder SHALL bid a total cost per site to bulb the entire tower in total, NO individual bulbing will be accepted (excepting the warranty spot bulb). This amount should include but not be limited to: cost of supplies (bulbs, etc.), travel costs, and labor charges. No separate service call fees will be accepted. Bidder SHALL contact the Office of Radio Communications at (216)443-2481 for access to all sites listed. Bidder MUST carry Commercial General Insurance policy with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 and personal injury of $500,000.00 per occurrence, and meet all applicable Federal, State and Local requirements for performing this service.
