Site work and renovation of a civil project in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 04/29/25 to 05/07/25** The project includes upgrading the Whites Mill Lift Station from 310 GPM to 1,000 GPM capacity to include installation of a new wet well, valve vault, pumps, valves, piping, gravity sewer and manholes, generator, electrical controls and wiring, SCADA updates, abandonment/demolition of the old facilities, and all associated site work, erosion control and other ancillary work. The work also includes installation of 4,163 linear feet of a new 10-inch PVC force main, 819 linear feet of 10-inch ductile iron force main, 1,560 linear feet of 12-inch HDPE gravity sewer, and 1,580 linear feet of 12- inch HDPE Horizontal Directional Drill crossing of Oak Hollow Lake.
