The Administration recommends the Board of Education award this Invitation for Bid No. 23-29 Asbestos Abatement at Froberg, Auburn, West View & Fairview Schools to Husar Abatement, Ltd. in the amount of $425,000.00 which represents the firm's total bid for Auburn, West View and Fairview schools and to Abel Plus Services in the amount of $23,700.00 which represents the firm’s total bid for Froberg School. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit bids for asbestos abatement at Froberg, Auburn, West View and Fairview Schools. Location AT FROBERG E.S., 4555 20TH ST., ROCKFORD, IL 61109, Auburn H.S., 5110 Auburn St., Rockford IL 61101, West View E.S., 1720 Halsted Rd., Rockford IL 61103, Fairview E.C., 512 Fairview Ave., Rockford IL 61108 If you plan to hand deliver your IFB submission on the due date, please note you must check in on the 1st floor prior to coming to the 6th floor. Please allow time for this as late submission will not be accepted. Please return a copy of the required forms AND an electronic PDF version of the bid response (including all required forms) on a flash drive in a SEALED envelope with the bid number, subject and your firm's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope.
