Chapter 33 of the Public Laws of 1977 provides that no corporation or partnership shall be awarded any State, County, Municipal or School District contract for the performance of any work or the furnishing of any materials or supplies, unless prior to the receipt of the bid or accompanying the bid of said corporation or partnership there is submitted a statement setting forth the names and addresses of all stockholders in the corporation or partnership who own a ten percent (10%) or greater interest of said corporation or partnership. Failure to supply this information with your form of bid shall be cause to reject the bid. GCHDC reserves the right to reject any bid and to accept the bid which in GCHDC's judgment will best serve the interest of GCHDC.
