CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to obtain capabilities from experienced vendors interested in providing furniture design, specification, procurement, delivery, assembly, installation, punch and follow-up of furniture services. 1. OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT: Select a Contractor to provide space planning services, assist with furniture selections, provide delivery, assembly and installation of furniture for a newly constructed 204,000 sq. ft., two-story Future Ready Learning Complex will be located at 5001 Airport Road, Georgetown, TX 78626 that is scheduled to open in May 2024. The Contractor will work directly with District staff (Administrators, Teachers, Support Services staff, etc.), the District's Architect of record (Huckabee), Community members and students known as the "Project Team". The facility will include the following areas: o Existing Richarte High School campus staff and students o Bridges Program (18+ students) o Early Learning Childhood Center (6mo to 4yr age students) o Administration Offices o Library o Cafeteria o Classrooms o Career and Technology classrooms / spaces (Automotive, Cosmetology, Aero Space engineering, etc.)
