The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) protection base located near the community of Big River, Saskatchewan has an exterior that had deteriorated over time and as a result requires a complete upgrade to ward against water damage and increase the safety of the building. SPSA is inviting Proponents to submit proposals for the materials and installation to compete the upgrade of the exterior of a 6,000 square foot building. This will also include the removal and disposal of all materials on the current building in Big River, Saskatchewan. TIMELINE: Tender from general contractors issued in early 2023 was subsequently cancelled by the owner. The project has been deferred to next fiscal year budget. Updates will be re-published once tender from general contractors has been issued. *Budget is unreleased.
