The CITY specifically reserves the right to modify or amend this Contractor's Agreement and the total sum due hereunder either by enlarging or restricting the scope of the Work The Engineer reserves the right to make at any time during the progress of the work, such increases or decreases in quantities and such alterations in the details of construction, and the elimination of one or more items as may be found necessary or desirable. Bidder must provide evidence that they are a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor in the State of Utah. Bidder must have proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance that meets the requirements shown in the attached section 007314 supplementary conditions. Upon award of the contract resulting from this IFB, the successful party must submit a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, with a corporate surety approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Circular 570, latest edition). You are required by the Information for Bidders to execute the Agreement and furnish the required CONTRACTOR'S Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Certificates of Insurance within ten (10) calendar days from the date of this notice to you.
