Installation of 1,065 Lt. 10" Diam. DR26 PVC Pipe, 216 Lf. 18" Diam. Bore W/ Steel Casing includes !O" Diam. DR26 PVC Carrier Pipe, 4-Fiberglass 48 " Diam. Standard Manholes, 1 Tie-In to existing 10" Diam.Gravity Line, 1065 Lf. Trench Protection, Traffic Control Plan, Pressure and Mandrel Testing, Pavement Replacement , etc., as shown in the plans and specifications. A Bidder's Bond from a reliable Surety company licensed to operate in the State of Texas or a certified Cashier's Check, payable without recourse to the City, in the amount of not less than 10o/o of the total bid must accompany the bid as a guaranty that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will enter into a contract with the City. Payment and Performance Bonds shall be executed. Attention is called to the fact that this project is funded in part by financial assistance from the USDA Rural Business Development Grant Program and is required to comply with all applicable USDA policies and procedures.
