Renovation of a water / sewer project in Payson, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Payson City is advertising to reconstruct Well #2 and remove and replace the building, install a new pump and motor, and replace the equipment in the well house. Some outside work adjacent to the site is also required to install a drain and a new section of waterline to tie the well into the system. This project is funded by Payson City The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features. After salvaging certain equipment, demolishing existing building and concrete walkway, re-equiping well, building a new concrete well building, concrete walkway, pump-to-waste system with sump, and emergency overflow riprap apron The ENGINEER for this Contract will be Sunrise Engineering, Incorporated and they will be represented by Derek Anderson, P.E. as Project Engineer.
