Services shall include but are not limited to: Provide necessary labor, equipment, and machinery to complete the full scope of work, set of drawings for proposed sign, prepare workspace and remove the existing two (2) one sided displays safely and carefully from monument sign and dispose according, install two (2) new one-sided outdoor electronic message boards displays, GT6x -108X252 -10-RGB, with front ventilation, not exceed a max power of 2200 watts, operable by its own 4G or better cellular modem, provide and install all hard-wired equipment and software (secure, webbased) programming, and staff training in order to operate signage, and a one-year workmanship warranty and at minimum, a five-year manufacture warranty. New LED message boards should safely make significant visual impact and be clearly visible and legible when driving on Huntington Drive (Route 66) and passing the Duarte Civic Center. Note, should slightly larger displays be proposed by a potential Vendor, all modifications to the existing rock surrounding the display area would need to be performed by the Vendor, or an approved sub-contractor, and costs should be built-in to the proposal. City staff will review the proposal and reserves the right to request clarification or additional information from the Vendor(s) to determine if the slightly larger display size is cost effective, and acceptable by the City.
