Proposals shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the proposal. Proposals shall be effective for 90 days from the date of opening. The successful low bidder will be- required to provide a 100% performance bond or certified check, a workman compensation affidavit, and a certificate of insurance naming North Coventry Township as additional insureds, all within 10 calendar days after the contract is awarded. The Contractor will erect the pavilion and roof system, install footers, and leave a cutout for an existing stone chimney. The Contractor will be responsible for accepting the delivery of the pavilion and also inspecting and assuming responsibility for the schedule of all components of the pavilion system within one week of project mobilization.
