The Scope of Services may vary for each individual project but generally is intended to include full DSA Project Inspector services during the construction phase(s) of the specific projects. Selected firms will serve as the DSA Project Inspector of Record for DSA and the District of the specific project. The DSA Project Inspector will verify compliance with code, plans, specifications and quality control required for a public works facility and DSA. The District makes no representation that participation in the RFQ/P process or selection for inclusion in the pool of qualified teams will lead to an award of contract or any other consideration whatsoever. The District reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, waive any irregularities or informalities not affected by law, evaluate the SOQs submitted, include or exclude entities in or from the pool of qualified teams, and award a contract, if any, in a manner that best serves the interests of the District at a reasonable cost to the District. The District affirms that minority and other disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit a response to this RFQ/P, and that no responding individuals will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, age, ancestry, religion, marital status, national origin, medical condition or physical disability during consideration for the award.
