CONTRACT LENGTH The contract expires after a period of three (3) year(s) from its entry into force. Services are required from the first week of May to mid-October. OPTIONS One (1) option to renew the Contract for an additional two (2) year(s). SUBMISSION GUARANTEE The BIDDER must accompany his Bid with a bid guarantee equivalent to FIVE PER CENT (5%) of the total price proposed in his Bid , excluding options. If the Bid is transmitted electronically, the bid security must be produced in the form of a bond issued by a Financial Institution and comply with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in appendix 4.01 of the Bid Form.
