The Project Scope of Work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Direct 1-for-1 replacement of the existing Novar control system with a Tridium control system including HVAC controllers, VAV box controllers, control valves, wiring, boiler, pump, and additional devices as specified herein. 2. All devises that are currently connected to the Novar system are to be reconnected to the new Tridium BAS. No additional points or devises are to be added to the system as part of this scope of work unless specifically requested by the owner. 3. Replace low voltage communication and control wiring as specified herein. 4. New as-built drawings shall be generated by the TCC following the completion of the job. Three paper copies of the control drawings, sequence of operations, and schematics plus the maintenance manual shall be delivered to the owner upon completion, plus 1 electronic copy with each paper copy. Through this Invitation to Bid (ITB), the City of Dearborn hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit bids to provide BAS Controls Replacement for both the Department of Public Works building, as well as 2 Senior Housing buildings, for the City of Dearborn.
