The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plains Area Office has a requirement to purchase backup building generators, construct concrete pads for generator placement, and connect to buildings at Stillwater, OK. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for the backup generator placement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 - $1,000,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price construction contract. The Request for Proposal (RFP), 12805B23R0014, may be issued on or around December 21, 2022. The NAICS Code shall be 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $39.5M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is to be determined.
