Dewatering Polymer (EPAM Polymer) All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount (based on a year agreement cost) and made payable to Western Lake Superior Sanitary District. Questions regarding the technical content of this bid should be directed to Samidha Junghare, WLSSD Process Engineer through email at samidha.junghare@wlssd.com. The term of the Agreement shall be for one year, with the option of 1 (1) year extension. If the 1 year extension is utilized, the price per pound maybe negotiated either upward or downward. WLSSD Board of Directors awards bid March 27, 2023 WLSSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the organization. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days of the bid closing date.
