The services will be provided by a Registered Surveyor licensed in the State of Georgia. The scope includes a topographic survey of all above ground and below ground infrastructure within the right of way and outside the right of way a minimum of 10 linear feet on each side of the road within the limits as detailed on the attached Exhibits. The scope includes, not is not limited to: Right of way locations, lot corners, pavement, driveways, street signs, building corners, and curb and gutter. Vertical grades will be provided on a grid of not less than 100 linear feet. Additional grades will be provided at all driveways, intersections, sidewalks, ADA accessible components of the roadway. Drainage inlets, culverts, box culverts, manholes, pipes, and end sections will be located including inverts, inlet sizes and pipe sizes and material. Any drainage swales or ditches will be located horizontally and vertically including flow line and top of bank at intervals of not less than 25 linear feet. Fire hydrants, water valves, meter boxes and backflow preventers. ESG Operations will provide location and pipe sizes for the water mains. Survey will show the pipe size and location on the drawing labeled as approximate location. Manholes, grease traps, pump stations, clean outs and pipe material and sizes. Inverts of all manholes and pipes will be provided. All above ground electrical and communication infrastructure shall be located. Information shall include any signalization systems including poles guy wires, pedestals, control cabinets and other equipment. Contour interval for the survey will be one (1) foot. Horizontal datum for the survey will be the Georgia State Plane Grid NAD83 (2011) East Zone. Vertical datum will be NAVD88. Deliverable will consist of topographic base sheet and Civil3D dwg and surface files or other software compatible with AutoCAD Civil3D. Four hard copies of each survey shall be provided. Sheets shall be set up in 24 x 36 format. Bidders must respond to all streets provided in the advertisement. The Owner reserves the right to issue Notice of Award for all streets or separately based on costs and timeframe for completion of each survey. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Owner.
