Contractor is responsible for reviewing all the drawings and specifications to obtain a complete understanding of the entire work scope. This contract includes all work indicated on the project documents, including but not limited to: 1. Mobilization and establishment of site access and maintenance and protection of existing conditions. 2. Demolish HV-11, CU-11A, CU-11B, and HV-14 and all HVAC piping and controls associated with these units. Contractor shall install and furnish AHU-11A, AHU-11B, ACCU-11A, ACCU-11B, and RTU-14. 3. Contractor shall install electrical and fire alarm connections for all new HVAC units. 4. Contractor shall install structural dunnage and support for all new HVAC units and ductwork. 5. Contractor shall patch all roof penetrations for duct support and equipment curbs. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract.
