The supply of materials only for a water line project consisting of 19,240 LF of 8 water main, fire hydrants, water meters and associated appurtenances. The materials for this project will bring water to approximately 39 area homes, some of which are low to moderate income (LMI). Bidders must comply with Title VI if the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and 40 CFR 33.240. Bidders must also make positive efforts to use small and minority-owned business and to offer employment, training and contracting opportunities in accordance with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified will not be considered.
