Houston Public Works is requesting bids for providing concrete meter boxes with lids and concrete meter box lids. Vendor shall furnish all labor, tools, supplies, parts, materials, equipment and facilities necessary to provide Concrete Meter Boxes with Lids. Delivery is FOB destination. Unit price must include all freight, shipping/handling charges in the bid price. A purchase order will be awarded based on the best value to the City; both price and delivery lead time will be considered when awarding this bid. Please provide lead time with all bids submitted.
