Construction of the Mable C. Smith Park Community Center The Project is for the completion of the construction of a single-story, pre-engineered building for use as a community center. The work scope includes site paving, landscaping, utilities, and general exterior and interior construction, including completing construction of the pre-engineered building, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical work. Please note that the pre-engineered building package has been partially completed whereby the exterior/interior walls, roof trusses, and standing seam metal roofing are set in place, roof gutters have been installed however downspouts have not.
