The City of Atoka is accepting sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete dirt work, plumbing, and install a prefabricated restroom facility for the downtown area. The approximate dimensions of the building are as follows: Weight: 78,000 Width: 11' 6" Length: 26' 0" Height: 12' 0" The project should be of equal to or greater than the buildings by CXT concrete buildings; the building shall house four separate restrooms ADA compliant. The bid should include mobilization, SWPP and Erosion Control, Construction Survey and Layout, Clearing, Grubbing, and Misc. Removal Items, Site Preparation, Grading, Pad Construction, 3" PVC Water Service Line, Connection to Existing Watermain, 6" PVC Sanitary Sewer Service Line, Connection to Existing Sanitary Sewer Main, Handicap Accessibility, Sidewalk, Prefabricated Concrete Restroom delivered and set. SUMMARY OF WORK: The work to be performed under this bid shall consist of furnishing all materials, tools, equipment, labor necessary for all work pertaining to the installation of a prefabricated fourindividual restroom facility PROJECT: The following is a brief overview of the project.
