The Lawrence Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations Phase 2 at Beacon Courts for the Lawrence Housing Authority in Lawrence, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by CSS Architects Inc. The Project consists of: Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations at Beacon Courts. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 ( 12 U.S.C.1701u) as well as additional HUD forms and Equal Employment requirements, as set forth in the project manual. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive and Federal Davis Bacon wage determination.
