Site work for a water / sewer project in Everett, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Paris Street Sewer Separation: Furnish labor, materials and equipment necessary for disconnection of catch basins from sewer system, installation of drain pipe, drain manholes, catch basins, and connections to existing drainage system; furnish labor, materials and equipment necessary for sewer manholes, sewer pipe, water main; removal of sewer main, sewer structures, and drainage structures. The general characteristics, locations and details of the work to be performed under this contract are specified in the contract specifications and drawings provided herein. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, CASH, or CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price will be required when the successful Bidder delivers the executed Agreement to Owner. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to City of Everett Purchasing Department at Robert.moreschi@ci.everett.ma.us and to be given consideration must be received at least seven days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
