Final Date for Questions 1/6/2023 at 4 PM All Vendor questions must be submitted in writing to: Stacen Gross, Project Manager sgross@scgconsultingservices.net The City of Minot, North Dakota, is requesting Statements of Qualifications from vendors to provide emergency communications dispatch console furniture as part of the City Hall rehabilitation project. The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Title VI assures that no person or group of persons may, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any and all programs or activities administered by the City. Vendor must comply with Title VI requirements and all CBDG Federal Grant Requirements. Project Summary The purpose of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is to obtain competitive submissions from qualified vendors who can design, furnish, deliver, install and provide warranty service for 9-1-1 Communication Center Console Furniture. The Minot Police Department (Owner) operates the Minot Central Public Safety Answering Point which serves as the primary PSAP for Minot and Ward County. The City of Minot is currently renovating a building located at 15 2nd Ave SW in downtown Minot as a part of a City Hall and PSAP relocation project. The new modular dispatch furniture will be installed at this new location. The new PSAP will be equipped with six (6) operator positions, with each position configured for eight (8) computer monitors. A floor plan and monitor layout is included as Appendix A.
