The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Project Summary The purpose of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is to obtain competitive submissions from qualified vendors who can design, furnish, deliver, install and provide warranty service for 9-1-1 Communication Center Console Furniture. The Minot Police Department (Owner) operates the Minot Central Public Safety Answering Point which serves as the primary PSAP for Minot and Ward County. The City of Minot is currently renovating a building located at 15 2nd Ave SW in downtown Minot as a part of a City Hall and PSAP relocation project. The new modular dispatch furniture will be installed at this new location. The new PSAP will be equipped with six (6) operator positions, with each position configured for eight (8) computer monitors. A floor plan and monitor layout is included as Appendix A.
