Information regarding a future solicitation has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Proposers shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, Ordinance No. 24 of 1993 and Executive Order No. 2 of 1994, which are available for inspection in the City Clerks Office. The Council (as defined in Chapter 4 of the Administrative Code of the City (the Code)) reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2. The City shall not be responsible for proposal packages that arrive late or to the wrong location regardless if such proposal packages are hand delivered or sent by postage or overnight delivery, notwithstanding the postmark date on such proposal packages. Late proposal packages shall not be considered. Proposal packages shall be mailed to the attention of the City Clerk, Room 704 - City Hall, 1301 Bacharach Blvd., Atlantic City, New Jersey, or may deliver their package in person, prior to the date and time stated.
