CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM SC 33-501-20 & SC 33-501-21 Remove existing and provide new concrete pads and walks. Construction Cost Range: 600+ Scope of work will consist of renovations and modernization of existing project and includes, but is not limited to, the following items: o Provide new concrete pad at existing clothes line and new concrete walk to rear entry at SC 33-1, Tract A and SC 33-4, Tract C. o At Handicap Apartments as indicated on drawings, remove existing and provide new clothes line post, new concrete pad at existing clothes line and new concrete walk to entry at SC 33-1, Tract A and SC 33-4, Tract C. o Contractor shall excavate and remove excess dirt from site. Contractor shall provide fill dirt / top soil as needed to fill so yard is flush to concrete (1/4" below concrete max. after settlement) and grade so areas drain. Seed and straw all disturbed areas. Fill vehicle ruts, seed and straw. If Contractor drives over walks and breaks concrete; remove concrete section and replace. o All other work as shown on the Drawings, in the Project Manual, and as required by codes and the authority having jurisdiction.
