Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment to fabricate, deliver, and install the Medium Voltage Work for the Harnett CI HVAC project located at 1210 McNeill St., NC 27546. Medium Voltage Work shall be performed in accordance with the included NCDPS Medium Voltage Work Scope of work document and in accordance with the included NCDPS Contract Drawings and Contract Specifications Dated September 21, 2022. Any scope of work-related questions, clarifications, or assumptions made that would change the drawings or specifications shall be submitted during the bid package review period. Responses to pre-bid scope of work-related questions, clarifications, or assumptions will be issued in an addendum so that all bidders have an opportunity to review. The bid opening will also be available at 2020 Yonkers Road, Raleigh, NC 27699, by contacting Rodney Gregory at (919)324-1293 rodney.gregory@ncdps.gov at least 2 business days prior to bid opening so that a room of adequate size can be reserved to allow for social distancing. If attending in person, individuals must enter through Door 4 and tell reception they are there for a bid opening with Rodney Gregory and (919)324-1293. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to bid opening. It shall be the responsibility of the bidder to deliver their sealed bid to the proper location and at the appointed place and time for the bid opening. Late delivery for any reason including late delivery by the US Postal Service or other delivery service shall disqualify the bid. Contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades and that North Carolina General Statute 87 will be observed in receiving and awarding contracts. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 90 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities.
