McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. has been selected as Construction Manager at Risk for the UNO Roskens Hall Stem Trail Center Renovation. We are now accepting proposals for Bid Package #1-Demolition, Fire Suppression & Early MEP work. In order to be given consideration, any questions or requests for bid interpretation must be received by McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. no later than this date/time. Questions must be submitted directly to jfrancois@mccarthy.com. This project includes goals and objectives for economic inclusion and for Small and Disadvantage Business Enterprises (S/DBE) participation. Refer to section 19 of this document for specifics of the S/DBE Program. McCarthy will consider the S/DBE percent of participation in the evaluation of each proposal received. A space is provided on the bid proposal form for bidders to insert participation amounts.The Bidder must perform at least fifty percent (50%) of the Work in the Work Category with its own forces. Information and clarification of items discussed will only be official if such items are included in an addendum issued by the Architect.
