Site work and new construction of a civil project in Quapaw, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Construct a duplex pump station for a housing cluster currently being served by a failing community lagoon system. 1. Pump station shall be complete with a wet well and valve vault. 2. Provide pumps, controls, alarms, piping, appurtenances, and electrical work for pump station. 3. Provide backup portable sewage pumping system. B. Connect pump station to existing housing cluster sewer collection system. 1. Construct 3 Air Relief Valve and Manholes 2. Construct 2 standard depth manholes. 3. Construct approximately 280 feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer main. 4. Abandon 2 existing manholes. C. Construct a sewer force main between constructed pump station and existing pump station. 1. Sewer force main will consist of approximately 5,328 feet of 4-inch of HDPE DR 17 Sewer Force Main pipe. 2. Force main will include 5 gravel drives to be crossed by open cut, 3 county roads to be crossed by boring, 3 intermittent streams to be crossed with 10 Steel Casing. Total stream and road crossing is approximately 369 linear feet. 3. Install approximately 128 linear feet of 10-foot chain link fence with a point of entry to encompass the new lift state. D. Connect constructed sewer force main to influent manhole at existing pump station via core drilling method. The project area is located east of Quapaw, OK in Ottawa County. A. Location: South 628 Road, Quapaw, OK 74363 1. The constructed pump station will be located near the south end of South 628 Road. The constructed sewer force main will begin near the south end of South 628 Road and end near the intersection of South 620 Road and Bluestem Drive. (Sewer force main route - from the south end of South 628 Road, go north to East 50 Road, then west to South 620 Road, then south to Bluestem Drive.)
