The bid shall be submittedunder company cover letter, legally signed, and thecomplete address, phone and fax numbers of theBidder given thereon. Bid shall be accompained bya certified check or an acceptable Bid Bond with satisfactory surety specifying the PAAC as the obligee,in the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of thetotal bid amount. Demolition of Allen County Home Building: Prior to demolition, the Contractor will ensure all ACM has been completely removed unless otherwise specified, communicated, or approved. The Contractor will remove any remaining interior items, HVAC Units, boilers and pressure vessels, and dispose, repurpose, and/or recycle). The Building is three stories, approximately 62,000 square feet, and built on a foundation. The Contactor will demolish the Building, including the foundation, transport and recycle ferrous material/dispose of waste as construction and demolition debris.
