The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the following: Supplying material, labor, equipment, and all supplies necessary to construct all items indicated in the plans and these specification for installation of the following: three (3) new submersible non-clog pumps for Brown Detention Storage Tank, Police Detention Storage Tank, and Grant Detention Storage Tank; clean, perform concrete repair, and remove piping inside storage tank; rehabilitate existing buildings; replacement of electrical and instrumentation equipment; removal of debris and vegetation around existing structures, and other related work.
