Brookfield Lakin LLC, a Delaware limited liability company is one the Developer of approximately 1,179 acres Property located at the southwest corner of Avondale Boulevard and Broadway Road in the City of Avondale. The Property is also commonly referred to as Alamar. The work included in this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is the subject of a District Development, Financing Participation and Intergovernmental Agreement for the Alamar CFD. The contract with the successful respondent will be with Brookfield Lakin LLC and not with the City of Avondale nor the Alamar Community Facilities District. This Project is in response to the Phase 7 planned development to occur in accordance with the Alamar master planned community in Avondale, Arizona. Wilson Engineers (Wilson) will be the Engineer of Record preparing the construction plans and specifications, as well as a design report for each project. Wilson will also obtain the necessary construction document approvals from the various regulatory agencies prior to construction. Following construction completion, Wilson will also obtain the Approval to Commence Operations from the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department. The Project shall consist of a new sewage lift station to be located at Dysart Road, north of Southern Avenue. The Project also includes approximately 900 feet of 6-inch and 8-inch sewer force mains and approximately 2,100 feet of offsite 16" water line installation in Dysart Road. The lift station will convey flows from the planned Alamar community to the City of Avondale's existing sewer collection system. This project is in response to the planned development to occur in accordance with the Alamar master planned community in Avondale, Arizona.
