Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the construction of a 500 kW Solar Array including photovoltaic panels and 3-phase inverters with connection to the City's Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) which utilizes 480-volt, 3-phase power. Bids are requested for the following Contract: SRF WWTF Energy Efficiency Improvements Solar Array, DEP SRF Project No. WW330222. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, the digital files will be emailed, and the printed Bidding Documents will be sent UPS Ground. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the City Manager, City of Monticello, 245 S. Mulberry Street, Monticello, Florida 32344, (850) 342-0153. Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. To be considered qualified, Bidder must be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board and must have successfully completed, as prime contractor, solar array projects in accordance with the requirements contained in the Instructions to Bidders.
