Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a conference / convention center in Louisville, Kentucky. Design plans call for the renovation of a 272,000-square-foot conference / convention center; and for site work for a conference / convention center.

As of August 2024, a groundbreaking ceremony has been held. Information regarding general contractor selection has not been disclosed. A firm construction schedule has not been established. Scope: construction of two new multi-purpose buildings. The upgrades will be a new 40,000-square-foot ballroom space, 25,500 square feet of meeting space, new signature front entry, a net increase of 98,000 square feet of multi-purpose event space and 104,000 square feet of new kitchen facilities. The three-phase project would be funded through a public-private partnership, however, Phase I will not require any private funds.
