Project Name and Location: Place of Performance: LEE HAMILTON Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 121 West Spring Street New Albany, IN47150-3645 Project Summary Description: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to contract for addressing existing flood damaged equipment. The project includes: replacement of existing flood damaged switchgear, basement flood damaged Motor Control Center (MCC), VFD replacements, feeder wire replacement and miscellaneous other repairs. The goal of the project is to return the building back to full performance. Majority of the work will be performed while the buildings are occupied and there could be small portions that will be completed outside normal operating hours. The performance period is approximately 360 calendar days upon receipt to Notice to Proceed. The anticipated award is on or about July 2023. The estimated construction cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. No other information is available at this time. If you are an interested party, please provide the following information. All information submitted will be subject to verification and additional information may be requested to substantiate responses: A short statement regarding your firm's expertise and experience on projects similar in scope and size. Do you have bonding capability to cover 100% of the construction cost Include three projects completed within the last five years similar in size and scope to the work described above.
