Please take notice that the Governing Body of the City of Burlington is requesting proposals for Professional Services for Laboratory Testing Services for Water Monitoring for the Citys potable water system for the term of January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. Proposals will be evaluated in the manner and on the basis of most advantageous, price, and other factors, in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals. Proposals must include the standard Proposal Form contained within the Proposal Packet, in the manner designated therein and required by the instructions in the Proposal Packet. Further, proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, and with the title Proposal for Professional Services Contract for 2023 Laboratory Testing Services for Water Monitoring on the outside. Proposals shall be addressed to: Cindy Crivaro, Municipal Clerk, 525 High Street, Burlington, New Jersey 08016. This RFP is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A:20.5 et seq. If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of the N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. seq. The City of Burlington reserves the right to (i) reject all proposals pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11- 13.2 and (ii) to waive minor informalities and/or non-material exceptions in any proposal should it be in the interest of the City to do so. Further, the City shall reject any proposal that contains material nonconformities or conditions, or which is materially nonresponsive. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
