Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bartlett, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Project consists of the construction of a new one story PSAP building. This includes dispatch/call center, conference room, break room, offices, storage and server/IT room. This project also includes exterior site and utility work. The contractor will have access to the site 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Shelby County Emergency Communication District fully understands that this work may require working periods of 24 hours, 7 day weeks. The contractor will have to work with and coordinate with the City of Bartlett for the other departments within the facility that will remain operational during construction. The Project is briefly described as follows: Provide all labor, materials, tolls equipment and series for new ground up building, complete in every detail ready for use as specified herein and/or indicated on the contract drawings and specifications. The Contractor's classification shall be: BC, BC-B
